Dear community members, Assalam Alaykum.

Registration for the Fatimiyyah majalis are now open. The links to register are below and can also be accessed at www.baitulilm.org. Please note the following for the registration process:

  • Registration is based on the order received
  • Registration will close when the maximum capacity is reached (40 attendees)
  • Only registered attendees will be allowed entrance to the majlis.

In-Person Attendance Guidelines

  • 40 person maximum attendance
  • Ages 15-65 only and those that have received a Covid vacination
  • Masks required on premises at all times (Covering nose and mouth)
  • Temperature checks before entrance
  • Follow seating instructions from volunteers
  • No handshaking or hugging
  • Practice social distancing as much as possible

Friday, January 15, 2021 - 12:00pm

January 15th at 12pm

Registration is required for every Friday Prayer and registration will close on the Thursday prior, at 5pm. The prayer will begin at 12 pm on Friday and will have the following restrictions to ensure safety guidelines are followed:

  • Ages 15-65 only
  • Limited to 40 people (20 men and 20 women healthy with no underlying health conditions)
  • Masks required on premises
  • Temperature checks before entrance
  • Bring your own prayer rug, turbah, tasbeeh, handkerchief/kleenex, etc.
  • Perform Wudu at home to limit use of common areas/restrooms
  • No handshaking or hugging
  • Practice social distancing as much as possible

Panelist - Aon Hasnain (Clinical Psychologist at Trinity Behaviorial Health)

The workshop will focus on how to improve overall wellness and provide tips on how to alleviate and detect moments of stress. As our lives become more stressful due to the increased pressures from COVID, the current political climate, and the general challenges of life it is important for community members to be able to identify when they are experiencing distress and how to manage it through effective techniques. This workshop aims to provide some tips/methods to hopefully reduce these feelings of distress and improve overall wellness.       Register for the Webinar here
